Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Customer Referral Program (“Program”) is open to any individual or entity, including existing clients of CALTRiX (“Referrers”) in Malaysia and Singapore. This referral program starts from 29th December 2023 to 29th February 2024.

2. Referral Process: Referrers can refer potential customers to CALTRiX by providing their contact information through the designated referral channel. A valid referral must be a new customer who has not been previously engaged with CALTRiX.

3. Reward Structure:  For each successful sale resulting from a valid referral, the Referrer will receive a one-time reward of up to RM 500 based on 20% of the total amount of the first invoice billed. The reward will be issued after the referred customer has made a qualifying purchase, and payment has been received.

4. Validity Period: Referrals must be submitted and result in a sale within three (3) months from the date of the initial referral. CALTRiX reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

5. Payouts: The RM500 reward will be issued to the Referrer within two (2) months after the referred customer has made a qualifying purchase, and payment has been received.

6. Exclusions: The Program does not apply to referrals from existing clients or to sales made to existing clients. The Program also does not apply to referrals made by CALTRiX employees.

7. Disqualification: We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws (including, without limitation, through any failure to include any disclosures as required by CALTRiX ).

8. Legal Compliance: Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. CALTRiX will not be liable for any tax implications arising from the rewards earned through the Program, and it is the responsibility of the Referrer to report such rewards to the relevant tax authorities.

9. Modification of Terms: CALTRiX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on CALTRiX’s website or other communication channels.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
